God Loves Our Praises

God loves our praises
For it gives Him highest adoration
For what great things He has done for us
In His offering of Salvation
Only one sacrifice for sin
It was found there in the Lamb
The Lord Himself having died for us
Jesus Christ the Great I Am

I'll praise Him on the mountain tops
I'llpraise Him in the valley
I'll praise Him as long as I have breath
I'll praise Him though He may tarry
Although I know not the day or the hour
I know He's coming back for me
That's enough for me to rest in
Amen praise God for Calvary

The joy of the Lord is our strength
He blesses us with rejoicing hearts
We're heirs and joint heirs with Jesus Christ
Who has cleansed each repentant heart
Our value is of highest price
Henceforth the sacrifice Supreme
He who knew no sin became sin for us
Hallelujah praise God...bless His name!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
