God Is Not A Business Poem by Prabir Gayen

God Is Not A Business

Rating: 5.0

God is not a Business

God is the unseen force,
Unknown and eternal,
Timeless and thoughtless,
Beyond grasp of human knowledge,
Beyond mortal dream,
God is not a person sitting somewhere,
Making Heaven or hell for the mortals,
God is not a giver or taker,
God is not a way to end the walk,
Religious ideals can not find it,
Philosophy fails to define God,
Knowledge is useless to decode the Almighty.

People are blindfolded,
In the name of God they fight,
In the name of God they demoralise,
In the name of God they
destroy humanity,
God has become a deadly weapon
for ignorant homines,
God has become for certain rogues
a valley of ludicrous Ethos,
People use the name of God for
their selfish reasons,
God is the name people misused down the ages,
With sheer ignorance people are cutting
their heads in the name Ultimate the great.

God is not the person,
Nowhere do you trace It with your effort,
God is subjective experience,
God is You when you are not,
God is an eternal force beyond
the garden of Your Mind,
It is when mind is not,
The absolute fragrance of No-mind,
God is the serene state of your being nothing,
Beyond conception and ideological deception,
You can not worship God,
You can not satisfy God by your doing,
Doing is going far from the state of Your Godhead,
You in your ultimate presence without
logic and reason are God,
God is the presence of the presence,
The fragrance of the Being.
