God Has Given Us Vacancy Notice

God has given us vacancy notice
In regards to His intent
It's appointed unto men once to die
But after that the judgement
We have a grace period of time
To determine our destination
Wise is the man who takes heed
And inquires about Christ's Salvation

It's so easy to put off the things
That really, really matter
Time goes buy so swiftly and
We never seem to get atter
Then there's Satan who's out to destroy
To rob us and to kill
While all the while making us think
That we have... lots of time still

Lord Jesus didn't come into this world
To make it a better place
His whole purpose was higher than that
He came to extend to us grace
And so concerned are we with life
That we soon neglect the hereafter
And Satan glees as he watches us procrastinate
Glees with the demons in laughter

There's another side to life
Of the which you may be wise to know
It's the Spiritual side of life
That our Father wishes to bestow
Upon all those who when learning about sin
Decide then to leave sin tossed shores
And head to the safety of the Haven of Rest
With Jesus in command of the oars

He stilled the water in the storm
He told the sea to be still
His power still has effectiveness
To help you His will to will
So what on earth are you waiting for
Call upon the Lord and be saved
Exercise your will of faith today
And triumph over the grave! ! !

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
