Gobble-De-Gook Poem by Practicing Poetess

Gobble-De-Gook

Rating: 5.0

If kisses were snowflakes,
I'd give you a blizzard!
If reindeer ate cornflakes,
They'd all need a gizzard!
What is that thing? Land's Sakes!
I just saw a lizard!
If your magic wand breaks,
Then you'll need a wizard!
When your soda pop shakes,
Then you'll have a fizz-erd!
You didn't want pancakes?
Oh, I must have mis-heard.
To think I'd have pet snakes
Is totally absurd.
I think that this poem takes
Enough space- - No More Words!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
For whatever reason, I seem to be on a 'nonsense kick' at present, playing with words- - and coining new ones- - as long as they rhyme!
Having lots of fun with this.

The only rule is, It must rhyme. Doesn't matter if it makes sense or not! I just write until I run out of ideas for rhyming combinations! Glad it made you smile! Thanks, Becca!

This poem takes place but amazes mind entirely. This is wisely penned and brilliance is expressed well. Your giving of blizzards seems to be humorous in this poem...10

If my foxy had a cooked ear, Id bend it more just for you to hear... what my foxy says, it is still not clear, but he winks his eye and humps teddy bears.
