Glory and it's material aspects are of no use since every victory is momentary.
A kind of extreme anguish in those lines, strong words on understandably disturbed world. you are brave enough to pen those lines. Wish world remain as a place for peacful living not a place of war fed fields.

Who wins in a war? Nobody! certainly not those who are dead, neither those are alive and have lost loved ones or everything they owned. 'Torch the fire of glory' is rightly said.
