Globus Poem by Stefan Splawinski

Globus

now forbidden by crass omission
a global method that is underhand
discounts constructions of the mind
by the equation of people and land

discredited by mans proclivities
may studies of geopolitics resume
the world set in blood and stone
old professors you should exhume

diviners of the human condition
tell that all is peace and light
question these errant soothsayers
for the truth shall cause fright

rational century of the common man
material that will leave no trace
empires once buried have arisen
the human form expressed by race
