Part 2 We have seen how the dinosaurs and polar mammoths got extinct. But nature carried on. New species emerged. Similarly, when man dies, new species acclimatised to the new environment will emerge. So, man has to understand that what he is doing with the nature is for his own peril. As great men have said, “we have not inherited the earth from our forefathers, we are just care-takers of the wealth of our future generations.”

Hi Ms Aparejo, A very poignant, targeted, responsible write. Global warming should be a concern only for man. Sure, it is a man made disaster. But, we should understand that life, nature on earth will withstand any such calamity. Only man would die, the species would be extinct, as man can not live without oxygen, water and the lukewarm climate. Great poem. Congratulations.

Global Warming has a 67% chance of causing more damage and deaths in just the U.S. than the War in Iraq did. Global Warming is mother natures final calling telling everyone that she is alive to and she needs to be if she is going to provide a stable inviroment for us to live and right now we are killing her. She is warning us that we are killing our only home. Read my poem Global Warming (America) (GWA) .
