Part 3 This is the very principle of natural selection, which Charles Darwin spoke of. Mazhakkar vaanlerumbol Mayiladunnu kauthukaal', because that is the breeding season for the species. Unlike human beings, most other animal species have their specific season for breeding.- the season best suited for the young ones to grow up; with least threat from predators and with abundance of food. -conts as part 4............

part 2 In most human communities too, there is tradition of show-off in the form dance. Among the aborigine communities, it is the male who dance. In the so called civilized world, (which is male chauvinistic) the females/women dance to show off before the men, to attract them. The purpose is the same: each individual gets a chance to select the owner of the best set of genes for transferring to the next generation. -contd as part 3
