Ho Tom Proof that the English language was developed in old Blighty. I thought I sensed a comedian in you and when you let yourself go we struggle to keep up Welcome to the club of Poemhunter sillies.
As Wes would say, It hurts to be outdone. But you have made my day with these creative, intelligent verses. Too bad there isn't an 11 on the rating scale
I thought I came a poor third, looking at some of yours and Wes's. It's great fun but quite a challenge! Had to mention Lord Lovat, apparently my ancestor, who lost his head somewhat after Culloden!
Thought Deliverance was worth a mention. Great american Movie. One of my favourites, especially that duel. Incredible music.
