...like so many other poems posted by the many great poets of this site-this poem took me on a journey-a person sitting in church being preached to-condemned-for wrongdoing-by a preacher/pastor-someone with whom you confided-sharing your innermost secrets-then the preacher-who is also imperfect-turns and preaches to everyone-the secrets you shared with him-but at that moment, it seems as if you are the only one being preached to-being hanged on the clothes-line-for others to behold. Excellent piece! !
