Give me spring when
It is winter all around
Give me its freshness and
Its mesmerizing and mystic sound
Give me spring when
It is summer in countryside
Give me its soothing ambience
Its caressing touch to my weary mind
Give me spring when
It is raining cats and dogs
Its fresh leaves and flowers
Shinning in the swinging boughs
Absolutely beautiful poem...'Give me spring when It is raining cats and dogs Its fresh leaves and flowers Shinning in the swinging boughs'
Spring is of course the Queen of all seasons. I just recalled a few lines from Rritusamharam of Kaalidasa, from the chapter on Vasanta, the spring. Loved it…. Coveted of all seasons
