Ghostly Love Poem by Lilith Van'Nightinveil

Ghostly Love

In the silence of the night, I feel a spectral host,
A presence fleeting, a shadowy coast.
It feels like I'm dating a ghost,
Person there, but only when they boast.

Their touch, a whisper, their love a ghostly gleam,
Fleeting moments, like a fading dream.
It feels like I'm dating a ghost,
Someone not truly there, or so it seems.

In the echoes of their absence, I find despair,
Yearning for a love that's truly there.
It feels like I'm dating a ghost,
A phantom lover, disappearing into thin air.

Yet still, I hold on to what might be,
Hoping one day, their presence will set me free.
But for now, it feels like I'm dating a ghost,
A love so elusive, a haunting spree.
