a variety of comments. i choose to believe you were a portion of the ice, (polar ice? ; glacier ice?) , and, upon receiving your freedom, you melted, evaporated, rose into the sky, and descended as rain, snow, hail, fog, sleet. or.......what else is there? ......back to Earth, where you came to rest on a flower petal, taking on the appearance of a dot of color/colour. ;) bri a lovely 'story' and poem, no matter the exact meaning. i see the three topics above and see why at least one reader thought the dot of color was a poem; maybe it was/is. to MyPoemList.

Beautiful imagination Bharati......! From some hidden caverns, we emerged into light and now we are all wonder for what ever we see before us! In this vast universe, if we can be a dot of colour, that's more than enough!
