Maybe intelligence is being smart enough to know how to use the God given genius some people are born with.

Intelligence is partly said to be inherited and partly got from the environment. If you had consulted some Works of Psychology, You could have written 20 lines in stead of two lines. Your attempt to write brief lines should be laudable.

you mean to say one can become intelligent, or acquire intelligence by working hard? Vijay, i don't understand...i read it that knowledge comes but wisdom lingers...is not intelligence that lingers within too...? yes, one thing is quite convincing that experience improves a man, and he never tries to repeat the mistake...is that what you mean by it?

there are 2 kinds of intelligent persons: one is Savant which they have defects at the left portion of their brain but the right one comes to perform the damage portion of the brain...they have a high IQ, the best example of savant maybe Vincent..he is the one described by Don McLean in his song stary stary night...and the other one is Genius they have a high IQ but they enhance their abilty through their community... learning in different books etc... the one given by God is wisdom which is very different to intelligence He gave it to Solomon the most intelligent person in the Bible. :)

With intellgence and persevarance one can become a genius. THOMAS EDISON said genius is one tenth inspiration and nine tenths perspiration. But there are child prodigies who have God given genius, ! !
