About the introduced house sparrows she does not have any kind things to say
She says they make a mess of the house eaves and gutterings with their untidy nests of feathers and hay
In their breeding time of Spring and Summer from our garden they chase indigenous small birds away
And they never do seem to stop chirping from dawn's first light till gloam of day.
