Forget Game Of Thrones.
That's dead and buried.
All that constant fighting and bickering to be top dog.
A power struggle of violence, mayhem, avarice and cruel deaths.
Much like PoemHunter.

Some on here would pimp their own grandmother for a point or two.
Hypothetically, the ones who rate their own poems,
The same ones putting up absolute crap and they know it.
The schemers.
It's not that good poems are not published on PH. I come across quite a few of them daily. But it's also true that many of the stuff published here are no better than craps. I have reservations about the poems selected as the 'Poem of the Day' in the three prescribed categories daily. Many better poems go unnoticed, unacknowledged than the 'craps' selected.

Very pertinent analogy Shaun! Personally, I prefer dreamers to schemers. Apparently, even Dastardly is dumbfounded by this site. His devious acts are mild in comparison Indeed, he has a certain wit and style that is sadly lacking on Treasure Island. I guess he and Muttley will pack their bags soon and leave for more fun - filled shores. Anyhow, it's a fed up with fools & fraudsters inspired five from me!
