Cloud is my heart
Moon is your teardrop
You have no mood to watch me
I slip from the rim of the sky
Too late to wipe away your tears
Since you hide into another cloud
Oh, these lost opportunities! You might share something wonderful with another person but he leaves before time can unfold it. This is the realm of possibilities, all those potential futures just waiting to be embraced. How many must slip beyond our reach before one is fully embraced, completely fulfilled? Your poem poignantly describes the waiting for that moment when two of you are fully in the moment, and the awareness of your rapport will be a flash of mutual understanding. And this opportunity will redeem all of the restlessness, frustration, WHOOOSH!
You evoke such emotion and imagery with such quiet parsed words. Love this one Cigeng. Thanks for sharing. I love the line, I slip from the rim of the sky.....

Really great poem, so much of life and love combined with nature.
