Barry, I wish I'd written this. Everything you say so eloquently, I feel too. Especially Gaia. Glad I saw this but might be on wrong poem! Pam Sinicrope referred me to yours re Garden of Eden. could you redirect me. You've a lot of pages and I'm a lazy so and so. I'd love to read it though! Tom Billsborough

Tom, you will have to message Pam. I have written so many poems referencing Eden that I have forgotten most of them. Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you like Gaia.

I wonder whether the word Gaia were addopted too in english vocabulary or you found it your self and addopted it, I'll look up a lexikon.

English adopted the names of many Greek and Roman gods. I like to blend ancient mythology with modern or Christian mythology sometimes. Gaia is the mother of everything as was Eden. To me Gaia represents earth in it's primal and pristine state.
