Futility Poem by Parameswaran Nair Damodaran Nair

Futility

Rating: 4.1

Engaged in churning darkness
I spent my days for a grain of light
I could not behold what floated
For I was in prayers closing my eyes
My strain never turned futile, I learnt
The cream of darkness is solid dark
The froth and bubbles that surface
Have no substance nor sustenance

The froth and bubbles that surface Have no substance nor sustenance Prayers has the power to change things though you missed the transitions but in the end it was worth a penny. Nice thoughts.

The cream of darkness is solid for its depth and strong character. it is only through darkness that we emerge into light. A true teacher that teaches us to learn, grow and progress in life. A brilliant poem that teaches us to reflect, dear Poet......10
