Futile Love Poem by Sankhajit Bhattacharjee

Futile Love

Rating: 5.0

A man has a relation with a lady-
the same bed they share
but he is reluctant to marry.
On the pure fire he pours ice cold water.

He will not get any dowry.
Here love and lust will never meet-
love will remain alone forever,
while with money lust will unite.
