Cleveland Ohio - Two teens were arrested after their third car-jacking.
Neither the 18 or the 17-year-old accomplice could drive a stick shift,
Even after their victim tried to explain how to use the gears.
This showed how badly their plans and intelligence were lacking.
The duo ran off with the man's cellphone after they got miffed.
That allowed the cops to track their location. Let's give the cops cheers.
