Funeral Poem by Kostas Lagos

Funeral

Rating: 5.0

Let the bells mournfully chime!
Gather all around me wearing black,
with sad faces and tearful eyes.
Put some dirt on me
and have in my remembrance a drink.
Grieve if you like but do not forget;
what we lived and what we said
may accompany you all untile once again
in a different place we will meet.
