No more slowing, unlimited flow
no more sickness, no time to get old
naked at dawn, welcoming the light
eat from the earth, sleep deeply at night
sun energy in-flowing, down thru the bare feet
enjoying movement, working land at peak
old folks don't jump so never stop.
drink lots of water, take time to hop
