I know a lady
Who's thoughtful, kind and sweet
A fantastic sense of humor
She is really neat
Hair that flows like ribbons and bows
Eyes as soft as the night
To other people she's just a lady
But she's so much more then that to me
The glow of her smile
Can light a darkened room
And when she leaves
She always leaves too soon
Now she may never be a movie star
Or a head line entertainer
But little things like that
Never bothered me
Just knowing that she'll listen
To my problems when I'm down
She helps to makes me feel
Like I was lost but now I'm found
I'm glad our roads in life
Just happened to crisscross
For believe me if they hadn't
I'd be the one who would have lost
