War is most dangerous and disinterested by the common man who likes to lead a peaceful co existence and life and depart from this world just like a ripe banian tree leaf from its branches I think. Here the great poet who himself is supposed to be a Major general and have to actively participate in the war owing to his professional responsibility still thinks about the finishing of the war in near future of that time and likes peace which is ultimately the motive of any individual who likes to lead a normal life.
