The western world survives on friends only.... very few have any or many relatives... all marry from world's vast community...different countries nationalities cultures only..the kids when they come... parents have aged and old become....mostly older than 40...so they kids have fewer siblings or none.. most wives their hubbies abandon... as men need more than do women... while moms look after mostly two sons...
