Friends are ever understanding,
for without words they always know
the feelings you're commanding,
and the pains you often show.

They understand the reasons
for being who you are.
They are with you without treasons
and together you are stars.

Friends forgive you every day
for very breath you take,
and help you in their every way,
asleep or when awake.

Friends forever know what is best,
they always make you laugh,
and always put you to the test
to make what you have last.
