You know why stars are beautiful to your heart, because your heart like it glows and shine....honest heart deserves it :) This is such a beautiful and simple poem that require no expensive ink, but honest one...sparkling like the other ones!
Like far-flung friends sparkling through the night, so is this gem of a poem to all who read it. Lovely poem, thank you for sharing it. RoseAnn
don't you have telephones? ? thanks for sharing. well thought out. and nice rhyme. gee, it just occurred to me; do you mean PH friends? we may not share phone numbers, but many are available here! i've got to go to bed soon, but hopefully you can find a sparkle or two in my poems whenever you care to look. you brighten up our lives as well. bri :)
Friggin' pretty good. Ovid (my ancestor) would be proud. Nice work.
Very pretty, I get annoyed sometimes when there are long poems. Like Cassandra said, ''it holds a lot of meaning''. : D
Your poem, and the note, is very warm, just as the poet! Thank you.
Beautiful! Despite it being short (I, really, don't have a high preference for long poems!) , it holds a lot of meaning. :)
Lovely poem. In today's world far flung friends are closer. Beautiful analogy. Thanks for sharing.
an apt expression of far flung friends like stars above for the internet friends...so delicate beach girl!
Elegant homage to unmet friends. Good and effective application of simile, metaphor, and apostrophe, etc. You've mastered the perfect art of saying much in little words. Much kudos, dear.
