Isn't it wonderful the many different ways we write? She is stunning- -in just a few lines she communicated to us a sense of time and place and personality and emotion. We lose friends through the years and how comforting that every so often a memory of them drifts into our present-day life and reminds us how rich we are in the people who have enhanced our life.
