The last two lines of this poem show us the inside of a poet's brain/mind. This insight should be meaningful to Tushar. You acknowledge the fertility of the poet's thoughts, so many ideas, images, impressions, symbols, et alia
are uncovered everyday and go into the limitless storage capacity of the human mind, the poet's mind in this case. So when the need arises, the poet can sift through his mind for what connects to the need out there. Of course, that is also a general description of how the mind works. The deeper we delve the more unique the poetic mind is; the higher we ascend. the more universal it becomes. (I love this title. Wallace Stevens gave one of his last poems a similar focus. His title refers to the ancient concept of the Muse: THE FINAL SOLILOQUY OF THE INTERIOR PARAMOUR. It's really a beautiful poem. I recited it at my mother's funeral.)
