I hope this is only a muse, Sandra. But you have quite delivered this piece well. This is a thought provoking write.Take care of you always
I hope my budgie poem has not affected you too much Sandra. Oh! I know the feeling of being restricted and wanting to branch out and discover what Mother Nature has to offer and not be stuck in a rut. We can be free in our imaginations though and I have enjoyed your poem's message and concept. 10 love Karin
What freedom you want, sandra? Everyone is in self-created cells. And it has become so much part of ones self that freedom at this juncture seems only a dream! ! !
The feeling is alright, but can we live without the company of all these make-believe things? Solitude can be had anywhere in our own company and nature will appear there as a friend.
Humans seem most adaptable to becoming comfortable in their self made prisons. And also are good at caging other wild creatures longing for freedom. Your descriptions really say it all.
cable and internet has changed people's life style a lot..but this site..the things we gather and share here...the creativity we see here and the response we get within minutes makes it worthwile...and thro poetry we get to visualize a lot of beauty...a very vital subject told very well
Your longing for freedom is understandable but remember you're prisoner of moderanity from which there's no escape now, but go on dreaming, it doesn't cost anything! A very thought provoking write!
I can absolutely relate to this poem..I loved the lines: 'You my dear, are also free to decide Whether you want to accompany me Or remain in this world of make believe..' Thanks for sharing, Sandra. Yelena M.
