The masculine view of love- perfectly expressed- -there is no mistaking its meaning- no loopholes to hide from the truth- -this poem should be ingrained in female hearts, minds, and souls before they leave kindergarten... would save them a lot of grief
Many people say it's a commentary on the temptation to cheat instead of stay faithful, something that both sexes struggle with, apparently. I've never had that temptation though.
