Great poem, the thought alone is so liberating, thanks for expressing it into words.

Thoughts of freeness is partial. Just remember Russoeu...Man is born free but everywhere is in chain.....First chain we feel ''The Time'. We can't get free from it. Second chain is our 'Instinct'....very hard to get free from it. Like this so many prisons are there like love and so....so........ So all the people can not be free from the root at a time, ultimately nature will not allow it. So, keep your head free from this kind of thinking. Economic indipendence is yet our mission to achieve for all.....thats sufficient perhaps. Our fight with each other will then come to a corner I think. Thank you.

Can't say that I can see a world without war, or freedom for all. As far as freedom goes I think most will think of lack of captivity as such. Warfare is personal, I believe people have a lack of self-knowlege and a lack of love for self. That lack of understanding is what leads to spiraling into confusion, aggression, and violence. And communication and patience is key, but I wonder if when we looked at others and we only saw ourselves how would we behave? Great command of your poem

there needs to be a distinction between freedom and license. freedom to me seems to be ones ability to do what the 'ought' to do, as in what is good, ad just. License is perhaps what modern society has confused to be freedom, and it looks more like this: ability to do whatever we want, when we want, how we want, and so on... i could get even more political about this but i should not.....

Freedom lasts as long as no one draws a line in the dirt and says 'this is mine'

I like the poem. But I want to say this. Freedom is just the choice to hate and kill and murder. Humans are in there base form animals, and like all animals we are territorial and have fight or flight instincts.

I like this poem very much as it is what everyone would wish for. There are all kinds of things that one wants to be free of....poverty, loneliness etc. It certainly makes me think of all those things. Such thoughts are never wasted. Thank you.

Very moving poem. Another definite '10'. As well as being emotionally strong, it motivates one to think....
