I agree with Francesca. Which is why I teach Yoga and meditation. The only way to reveal the soul is to surrender the ego (momentarily of course) and that can be very difficult. Yoga gives the whole being a focus and after a while allows the layers of the onion of illusion to be peeled away. And the process itself can be quite blissful too. Dee, All very true and well done! So, where is the guarantee ? You know, the one that says that everyone will love you after that ? Maybe, that could be the reason that so many still hide ?

It's the way it has to be, but it takes us a while to fully appreciate it though. Becoming truly ourselves and having the strength to live to the full as ourselves is tough even when you know the road there! Great poem full of insight and wisdom.
