This makes an interesting read! Yes, when it is sugar free and fat free and free of many such things, it can be nothing but bland! Like cows eating grass we can simply gulp it down to fill our stomachs! Such a salad won't satisfy our taste buds! Your sense of humour is quite dominant here!
