We are each born into this life.
We find with boons, and setbacks it is rife.
We learn, and grow throughout the days - and years.
It's magical when we find someone we hold dear.
So dear, we wish to share with them all our days, and nights.
You've found each other through magic's light.
Remember, this your wedding day
When you are old, and gray,
When your sun is setting remember,
How brightly it shone today.
Life is short, and we are a blip,
On a much larger chart.
We plan our course, and ride the waves,
Steering as best we can, through both calm and turbulent days.
But we can only direct our ship,
Through our brief part.
And when we go what will we leave?
Perhaps a legacy that in life we create.
You have the foundation,
Go build something great!
