Fragmented Thoughts Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

Fragmented Thoughts

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes our thoughts
pass like geese
flying in tandem.

Some cling like leeches
in the dendrites of the mind,
sucking our sanity.

Still others visit
from time to time
and tingle the mind,
inspiring our very soul--
giving a new lease on life.

The ending is just so fitting, I pray I may be to you the one dwelling in your last stanza, I love it!

Although our thoughts and lives can be fragmented, the fragments can be ordered and out of brokenness strength and health can prevail!
