Watch what you wish for... Ur poem inspired me to want more. Not materialistic but the truth. Was that too much to ask?

Beautifully envisioned poems woven around the memoirs of perhaps first love and the loved one from whose life the poet walked out when he was 19 though he could never forget her. Thanks for sharing.

Soul-searching. A Dirge dedicated to what appears to be his only love that he ended and regrets but not enough to reach out to her. Some of his verses are so piercing- - - - - ] Last night watching the Pleiades, Breath smoking in the moonlight, Bitter memory like vomit Choked my throat.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -] I remember your cool body Naked under a summer cotton dress.
