81 Diamond

Diamonds were formed long before dinosaurs roamed the Earth
They are 58 times harder than the next hardest mineral on Earth
Diamonds form approximately 100 miles under the earth
Their extreme hardness is useful in many industrial applications.

82 Bats

Bats arose about 50 million years ago and are the only nocturnal mammals with powered flight
Bats have flexible and short wings with membranes stretched between elongated fingers.
Bats have a twisting wing path that increases the lift during the upstroke
Bats are of 1,000 species, most catch insects and they come out only at night


83 coal

Coal is a sedimentary rock called coal-seams composed predominantly of carbon
Coal is black or brownish-black and is readily combustible.
Coal is tested on its amounts of carbon and the amount of heat energy produced
Coal has other elements, chiefly hydrogen, sulfur, oxygen, and nitrogen.

The ant has a large head and a slender abdomen joined to the thorax
