LAST PART: because of the many many cars which are driving as the rapidest (most rapid) on that racing circuit. Indeed a hectic battle, but there is order in this hectic smogged area. Thank you for sharing this very impressive poem, this is the first poem I have read about the Formula One. A 10 and myriads more for the vote!

Based upon your two last lines I will add: Yes, keep on moving, Sir! It is obviously know that IF we rest too long, we are rusting, true fact! This is a brilliant poem about car racing of the Formula One, but what I miss as descriprions here are How smoggy and foggy all become,
