Evil abounds like hard liquor past hand to mouth by both friend and foe alike. It’s hard and near impossible to avoid. Nice one!

Great write! 'For if your teeth bite your tongue, do you knock them off a bit? ' Well said. We tend to forgive ourselves so easily but tend to mind others fault harshly. Forgiveness, like love, is a choice we constantly make to keep a relationship. Your poem evokes feelings. I enjoyed it.

The demoniac forces, like thieves entering the mind and stealing everything like compassion and love stored over the years! I liked the image used! ! The only thing we can possibly do against this loot is to bar our mind tightly with a padlock of precaution so that no hatred or jealousy enter our mind! Another great write!
