Forget Me Not, My One Time Heart Comments

I like the title and it was repeated. That was big for this poem. It was also a little bit creative. Not much, but everything helps. It shows you pay attention and you care. GW62

seems like its talking of the proverbial 'first love' but instead of that terminology you used 'one time heart' which is unique and gives me something else to think upon. well written.: -)
