A most compassionate tribute. May Her Soul Rest In Peace And Rise In Glory. The rhythmic splendour of the poem is something to admire greatly. Remain enriched, Richard.
Chinedu, I am deeply enriched by your very positive comments. And most honoured. Looking forward to reading more of your poetry which has had a great influence on me. Take care, my poet friend!
I never heard of her, which is no surprise: I live so far away, but I'm sure she had Hazel eyes...
She was so famous that complete strangers would ask for her autograph no matter where she went. Even in your neck of the woods, Cowboy!
She will definitely be missed. THX so much for the compliment, LeeAnn.

Poet Rebb, I was born in France and left when I was only 2 years old. I've lived in Toronto for almost 69 years now. Hurricane Hazel deserves a great many tributes. Glad that you liked it. THX for your support and encouragement, my friend!
D.N., Richard was born in France of Polish parents (did I get that right, Richard?) but now lives in Canada.
Her last employment contract was to have expired when she reached the age of 104! ! ! What a work ethic this woman had!
She was a strong willed women. Going and going until the end. Her reign was long lasting. A great tribute Richard to an amazing women!
I'm very pleased that you find it to be a great tribute, Kevin. THX very much!
