The verbs DRENCH and WASH are eloquent images of the love you describe. We need that feeling of being completely enveloped in goodness, and being periodically cleansed of the stains that come from being in an imperfect world. The experiences you describe by those two verbs make the Good Life so appealing that we won't have to say, BEHIND ME, SATAN, because temptation will be nowhere in sight.
