Forest Paradise Poem by Timber Koleden

Forest Paradise

Rating: 5.0

I walk in the forests and listen to the breeze
And I watch the wind stirring in the leaves.
I hear the birds feathered choir in their lofty seats,
And watch them flit to and fro with quiet tweets.

Beside the glacial waters I wandering stride
As over rocks they foam and under ice ride.
I smell the frosty air and it is cool in my nose,
I dip my feet in the water and it frosts my toes.

I sing a traveler's song to my own delight,
And listen to the notes echo in the sunlight.
I am here in this shining moment and forgetting,
All the worries that have me been troubling.

This is a dreamy moment to simply delight
In simple things; unfearing of any plight.
And when my moment is ended I arise and go
Laughing with the bees: I will return again tomorrow!
