Foresight is the ability to see in advance the pros and cons of an action or a decision. Unless people have foresight, they will land in trouble in the future. The example you have given of the issues over ancestral property is very apt. Unless it is bequeathed to the future owners without specifying it through valid documents, problems can arise in course of time..! A profound write, having practical applications!
