For The Last Time. Poem by SY Wong ...

For The Last Time.

When you are dead
For the last time, you still put on clothes
As presentable as possible
Like an emperor if it's possible
For you have to look good
For the last time
You may also have to wear make up
For you don't need to look as pale as kale
And your coffin mustn't be too small
For you need to look comfortable
Not oppressed
The coffin as much as possible must be costly
For this last time
You'll be going into the chamber
And ah..the money that saved up by being thrifty won't be in
This is the last time
The last time they gonna see you
All you need is to look as serene as possible
But you don't decide anymore
There may be scented flowers.
