Oh Vincent, what a lovely poem so moving, The confessions of a petal plucker. Shame on you, but I'm sure you went back just to apologise. Lovely read too. Love Ernestine XXX

A gorgeous poem of deepest regret and also joy with a new found understanding of the Flower whose petals you plucked! Stole seems so one sided, it takes two to tango you know? lol I love it. A favorite. Such flowers do regenerate magnificently when tended with loving care. Smiling broadly, Tai

'Delicate dancer' 'ring without its gem'-wonderful language. Thoughtful composition on how we sometimes destroy beautiful things and then regret it. Kudos!

A lovely, visual poem with some cracking similes. Also, as regards the rhyme, Vincey, you've come on in leaps and bounds: they are elegant, meaningful, and gentle. And I was lifted by the restoration of beauty and growth that you have worked into the final two stanzas. All in all then, a highly enjoyable piece of writing. Love, Gina. PS: Was this piece of writing inspired by today's smiling sky? : -)
