One single eye; that's moistened.
Motherland love's, nay.
Not of that refer; which a rain
Of blood will relay.
This wretched for woe; graver gleams;
For the Earth-mother.
One-faced, hearted, for all of us.
The children of her.
Be dried! Beneath which hopes rise
Form them as rainbows
All such war clouds, and others, past
What, typically, glows?
The paradisiacal smile
Of one, o'erbrimming
With new health - life! Which only reflects
Mankind's future in!

In Sanskrit (and in many Indian languages) one of the synonyms of Mother Earth is Kshama, which also means "patience ". Do I need to say more? A most pertinent question raised equally in a poetic manner.
