The poem freshens up the mood of a foodie. It reminds me of a Serial Quiz published in The Economic Times for seven days. It was all about cheese and is variants. It was then that I learnt about Swiss have more than 200 different varieties of cheese and much more world wide. This is a wonderful poem which entertains as well as informs. Loved reading it.
